Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain corporate records anddocuments.
  • Assist in the preparation andfiling of corporate documents with federal and provincialregulatory authorities.
  • Support legal teams indue diligence matters and corporate compliance.
  • Conduct research and prepare various legal documents asrequired.
  • Interact with clients to obtainnecessary information and documentation.
  • Ensure that all corporate records are accuratelyorganized and accessible.
  • Participate in firminitiatives promoting diversity equity and inclusion.
Essential Qualifications
  • Law degree or equivalent legal education andexperience.
  • Strong presentation skills andtechnical knowledge are essential.
  • Ability towork well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal andwritten.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy indocumentation and reporting.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in corporate law or a related field ispreferred.
  • Experience working in a law firmenvironment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity withcorporate governance and compliance regulations.
  • Prior involvement in pro bono work or community serviceinitiatives is a plus.
