Job Description: Corporate Records

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Records Specialist to join our team at Arlyn Recruiting. As a Corporate Records Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining corporate records and documents, ensuring they are accurately organized and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain corporate records and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents with federal and provincial regulatory authorities.
  • Support legal teams in due diligence matters and corporate compliance.
  • Conduct research and prepare various legal documents as required.
  • Interact with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Law degree or equivalent legal education and experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in corporate law or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a law firm environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance regulations.
  • Prior involvement in pro bono work or community service initiatives is a plus.
