Are you a dynamic, persevering and proactive person and want to join our superb team? We are currently looking for an HR Recruitment Officer for a permanent, full-time position.

The HR recruiter is responsible for the complete recruitment cycle: Plan, coordinate and implement external recruitment and personnel selection in various recruitment sectors of our clients.

Reporting to the human resources coordinator, our future colleague will be called upon to:

  • Advertise and distribute postings on different platforms
  • Finding talent
  • Pre-select by telephone interview
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and reviews
  • Carry out the reception and integration of new employees
  • Search for potential candidates on various platforms
  • Approach and maintain a relationship with candidates on the platforms
  • Carry out pre-employment checks and employment contracts

Profile

  • Training: DEC, BAC, Certificate in human resources or equivalent training
  • Knowledge or experience in recruitment
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
