On-Call Scheduling Coordinator Healthcare Staffing Agency

HealthOPM is looking for an After Hours Scheduling Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing schedule planning support by matching agency field personnel to service client needs with speed. You will be expected to provide after hours support during the evening, overnight and on weekends. This part time role will be fully remote.

Mondays: 4pm - 11pm
Sundays: 7a - 11pm

At the moment, we have an opportunity for an after hours and weekend scheduling coordinator starting ASAP. This position will be fully remote however you will be required to attend paid training and orientation at our Burlington, ON office. Note, this position will require you to be available to work on statutory holidays.
Effective coordination is an important element of service delivery; as a result, you are expected to have strong problem-solving skills to successfully balance the pressures to deliver on scheduling requirements quickly.

Compensation:
The on-call role is structured differently from a standard hourly position. The flat fee compensation model is designed to reflect the nature of the work, where you are not required to be actively working during every hour of your on-call shift.
In this role, the flat fee is intended to provide fair compensation for the availability and readiness required during these periods, even though the actual workload may vary. This model ensures that you are compensated for your time on-call without needing to account for specific hours worked, which may not be consistent day-to-day.
