Job Description

Provide administrative support to the manufacturing facility, safety and purchasing departments Conduct safety orientations for new employees Enter data into relevant systems (Microsoft Office, Procore, SiteDocs) Conduct inventory of parts and supplies Run errands as needed Assist with managing database systems, work orders, and purchase orders Perform general administrative tasks Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the final hiring process Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation Available to work Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Minimum 40 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime Familiar with computer systems Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Proficient in both verbal and written English communication Outstanding critical thinking skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
