We are looking for a dedicated Medical Coordinator to join us in our Ottawa location

The responsibilities of the Medical Coordinator will include:

Assisting Physician with treatment room set up, consent forms and patient photos, clinic flow, follow-up calls, rebookings, and guiding clients through their treatment journey. Administrative support. Supporting inventory management. Special projects as needed. Other administrative tasks as needed.

The successful applicant should have the following qualifications:

Two to three years' experience working in a clinic or hospital setting as an Administrative Assistant, Medical Coordinator, or Executive Assistant. A bachelor’s degree or college diploma. Sales ability combined with the capacity to build relationships over the phone and in-person. Must have a “can-do” attitude, strong attention to detail, and be a critical thinker. Superior communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and judgment. Ability to provide excellent customer support and follow-up to patients. Ability to accurately follow directions with limited supervision. Strong computer literacy and administration skills. A background in aesthetics and wellness is considered a strong asset. Ability to maintain a sterile environment for treatments. Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
