Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Supervisor role are:
- Manage a team of 5 employees with their customer issues
- Manage larger customer accounts to ensure perfect retention of key customers
- Place orders and follow-ups with distributors
- Follow-up orders with transport and shipping
- Ensure the customer service process from A to Z

Qualifications
Ce dont tu as besoin pour travailler comme représentant du service à la clientèle :
- Un excellent sens du service client
- Un bilinguisme tant en français qu'en anglais, 70% de leur distributeurs sont à l'extérieur de la province
- Expérience en gestion de personnel
- Expérience en gestion de compte B2B
