Clerk V Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Clerk determines the tax status of goods purchased, codes invoices to General Ledger accounts and handles the general office routines and correspondence. Pay invoices, batches suppliers' invoices and enters them into the computer system, reconciles suppliers' statements. Communicates with suppliers and other hospital departments to maintain efficient processing of invoices.

Grade 12, successful completion of a recognized accounting course and two years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Ability to keyboard at 45 wpm.You can:
