Build the future with us We are looking for a diverse and dynamic team member who is passionate about Employee Benefits, Total Rewards & Recognition, Analytics, and Project Management.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent & Culture, you will be a pivotal member of our Talent & HR team and you will lead employee benefits programs, drive rewards & recognition initiatives, and support HR analytics, and other HR initiatives and projects.

What You Bring:

2-3 years of progressive experience in benefits administration. CHRP/CHRL designation is an advantage. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefit Products and regulatory requirements. Diligent, motivated, and resourceful. Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish trust. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Federal and Provincial compliance requirements. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across business units. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

Employee Benefits Administration:

Manage benefits plans, and other related activities & initiatives. Oversee open enrollment processes and respond to benefits-related inquiries. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines. Coordinate benefit enrollment communications and maintain the enrollment tool. Assist Finance with monthly benefit reconciliation and validate HRIS files. Administer respective payments. Support annual total rewards benchmarking and revision.

Employee Guidance and Support:

Provide guidance on benefit enrollment, eligibility, and related matters. Assist employees with inquiries regarding their rewards package. Communicate changes in benefits to employees. Organize and deliver awareness sessions total reward programs for employees.

Recognition programs:

Lead the comprehensive design and implementation of diverse recognition programs. Collaborate with different departments and functions to foster the culture of recognition. Align recognition programs with building desired behaviors and fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Deliver pre- and post- surveys to identify the areas for further improvement.

Other initiatives & duties:

Organize & facilitate the following employee events: Employee service awards, Retirement, and other projects and initiatives as assigned. Workday SME (Subject Matter Expert) HR Analytics & Reporting HR Budgeting HR processes and system automation.
