Make an impact with our Administration team as a Receptionist - Director of First Impressions. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities
Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner Perform a variety of clerical office support activities ensuring timely adherence to deadlines such as: Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packagesCoordinate building maintenance requestsMaintain visitor key fob accessProcess client credit card paymentsOrder staff business cards and name badgesCoordinate catering requirementsFax/scan documentsReserve meeting rooms & maintain cleanliness of roomsCoordinate various fundraising initiativesCoordinate flower/basket arrangementsProvide administrative support to peers, as requiredSkills and Experience
1-3 years of office experience in a professional working environment Ability to handle multiple calls using a switchboard system Computer proficiency including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel-
