Make an impact with our Administration team as a Director of First Impressions. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls
  • Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
  • Perform a variety of clerical office support activities ensuring timely adherence to deadlines such as:
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packages
    • Coordinate building maintenance requests
    • Maintain visitor key fob access
    • Process client credit card payments
    • Order staff business cards and name badges
    • Coordinate catering requirements
    • Fax/scan documents
    • Reserve meeting rooms & maintain cleanliness of rooms
    • Coordinate various fundraising initiatives
    • Coordinate flower/basket arrangements
    • Provide administrative support to peers, as required

Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of office experience in a professional working environment
  • Ability to handle multiple calls using a switchboard system
  • Computer proficiency including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
