Receptionist/director of First Impressions

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time receptionist, affectionately known as the” Director of First Impressions.” As the first point of contact of our dealership, play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create all customers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, insurance they feel valued and respected from the moment the end to the dealership.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments, providing necessary information as needed.
- Assist customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, in general information about our dealership and services.
- Handle reception of payments and ensure accurate recording and processing of transactions.
- Reconcile cash in other forms of payments daily, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal financial procedures.
- Process daily bank deposits to my team in a secure and organized financial environment.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to assist with basic accounting functions when required.
- Handle customer questions and direct them to the appropriate staff members for resolution.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Detailed-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed.
