Qualifications
Diploma with some post secondary healthcare training required Renal Assistant Certificate an asset Previous dialysis experience required Healthcare experience required Must have strong mechanical aptitude Proficiency with computer applications Knowledge of sterile/aseptic techniques Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Technically oriented Ability to perform some heavy lifting required Satisfactory employment and attendance recordThe ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and should be ready to drive change and innovation. We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.
Additional Information
Hours: Monday - Saturday, various rotating - Days & Evenings - 8 and 12 hour shifts (Hours subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $ - $ per hour
