Customer Service Representative

Burnaby, Canada TEKsystems Full time

Our client, a leader in the apparel industry, is looking to add a Call Center Representative to their team in Burnaby on a full-time contract basis. 

The responsibilities for this role include: 

•Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails regarding orders 

•Processing and managing orders and coordinating customized order details 

•Acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments as required 

•Provide accurate and prompt quotes to customers and the sales team 

•Assist customers with order issues, billing issues, and product customization requests 

•Proactively manage backorders and out-of-stock orders and following up with customers 

•Ensure a high level of service to customers at all times 

•Utilize internal CRM software to update and maintain customer records 

Qualifications: 

•Previous call center experience 

•3 years of overall customer service experience 

•Strong verbal and written communication skills 

•Experience in the apparel or hard goods industry would be an asset 

•Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM would be an asset 

This position will be in-office in Burnaby between Monday – Friday (standard office hours) 

There is opportunity to transition into a permanent role if performance is exceeding expectations 

All training and equipment will be provided, and will have access to benefits
