Main Activities

Develop and lead the Commercial Banking strategy in collaboration with Commercial Group Head and the senior leadership teamProvide thought partnership to Commercial Banking executive team, e.g. scoping of opportunities, growth and profitability opportunities, external partnerships.Provide guidance and oversight for enterprise initiatives for Commercial Banking, e.g. BPI, consumer researchOversee business analytics and regular reporting for Commercial Banking, uncovering and enabling growth and profitability opportunitiesOversee Deposits operations for Concentra’s Credit Union Business, including driving increased digitization and operational improvementDrive the methodology and tracking of continuous process improvements for Commercial Banking and enable Group Head to hold executive team accountable for successOversee special projects across the Commercial Banking space, including the interface with broader enterprise and external partners, e.g. development of IT roadmap, etc.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements
