We are seeking a detail-oriented and determined Master Data Administrator who can set up, cleanse and maintain our account and order data. If you are detail-oriented and have a strong ability to think critically and solve problems, look no further.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to

Setup and maintenance of operational service data for the implementation of Field Service. Review and setup of new accounts and contracts. Maintain customer records to ensure details are accurate and up to date. Process account ownership changes, address changes and cancellations. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal team members. Use of Microsoft Excel to prepare and execute mass data uploads into our CRM and ERP. Working in collaboration with the Customer Service teams and Account Managers across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a role primarily focused on data entry and maintenance. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role directly interacting with customers Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft suite package, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with SAGE and NetSuite accounting software would be considered an asset Experience with Salesforce would be considered an asset Experience working on IT projects would be considered an asset Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems. Great communication skills. Results-oriented paired with a positive, can-do attitude.
