  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the Clinical Data Management Team: The Clinical Data Manager I Lead will be responsible for leading a team of clinical data managers who are responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical trials. This includes ensuring that all data management activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Data Quality and Integrity: The Clinical Data Manager I Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical data. This includes developing and implementing data quality plans, conducting data quality reviews, and identifying and resolving data quality issues.
    • Process Improvement: The Clinical Data Manager I Lead will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the clinical data management team.
    • Communication and Collaboration: The Clinical Data Manager I Lead will be responsible for communicating effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, clinical researchers, and sponsor representatives. This includes providing regular updates on data management activities, resolving issues, and collaborating on process improvements.

  • Requirements:
    • Master's or Bachelor's Degree: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences, computer science, or healthcare administration.
    • 10 Years of Experience: At least 10 years of experience in clinical data management, including experience in a leadership role.
    • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Process Improvement Skills: Strong process improvement skills, including the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
    • Knowledge of Clinical Data Management: Strong knowledge of clinical data management concepts, processes, and procedures, including data quality and integrity.
