We are seeking a detail-oriented and determined Master Data Administrator who can set up, cleanse and maintain our account and order data. If you are detail-oriented and have a strong ability to think critically and solve problems, look no further.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to

  • Setup and maintenance of operational service data for the implementation of Field Service.
  • Review and setup of new accounts and contracts.
  • Maintain customer records to ensure details are accurate and up to date.
  • Process account ownership changes, address changes and cancellations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal team members.
  • Use of Microsoft Excel to prepare and execute mass data uploads into our CRM and ERP.
  • Working in collaboration with the Customer Service teams and Account Managers across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a role primarily focused on data entry and maintenance.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role directly interacting with customers
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite package, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAGE and NetSuite accounting software would be considered an asset
  • Experience with Salesforce would be considered an asset
  • Experience working on IT projects would be considered an asset
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems.
  • Results-oriented paired with a positive, can-do attitude.
