Relevant du directeur associé commercial – Système Nerveux Central (SNC), le/la gestionnaire de territoire est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et d'affaires pour notre produit en Système Nerveux Central (SNC), sur son territoire. Ces objectifs sont atteints en établissant des partenariats efficaces avec les professionnels de la santé, les principales cliniques et les hôpitaux universitaires pour aider à combler les lacunes en matière de soins de santé et à améliorer les résultats et la qualité de vie des patient.e.s. Le/la gestionnaire de territoire travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe interfonctionnelle pour mettre en œuvre les stratégies et recueillir les informations clés des client.e.s.
Principales responsabilités:
Atteindre les objectifs de vente et d 'affaires en réalisant un haut niveau d'interactions, en établissant des relations durables avec les client.e.s, tout en s’assurant que nos produits et services, ainsi que leur valeur, sont clairement présentés.
S’approprier et démontrer une grande maitrise de son territoire en comprenant parfaitement l'environnement des soins de santé, en évaluant et en identifiant les client.e.s clés (professionnel.le.s de la santé) et en s'engageant dans la bonne combinaison d'activités à l'appui du ou des produits assignés, tout en assurant une approche axée sur les client.e.s.
Penser et agir de manière stratégique pour élaborer des plans d'affaires efficaces pour le territoire, exécuter efficacement, et suivre la progression de la performance pour assurer l'atteinte des résultats de vente et des objectifs organisationnels.

Capacité à participer à des discussions sur la gestion des patient.e.s, et de mettre à profit son expertise en matière de thérapie, de produits, d'accès au marché et de soutien aux médecins, afin d’amener de la valeur ajoutée aux client.e.s.
Capacité d'analyser, de produire, d'exécuter et de suivre un plan d'affaires de territoire.
Capacité à établir rapidement des réseaux et des relations basés sur la confiance.
Haut niveau de compétence en négociation, gestion des objections et de l'adversité.
Compréhension approfondie du système de remboursement canadien.
Bon sens des affaires.
Exigences du poste:
Baccalauréat en Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sciences ou autre domaine connexe.
Expérience avérée dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques.
Une expérience en médecine spécialisée, en particulier en Système Nerveux Central (SNC), est un atout important.
Une bonne compréhension des programmes de soutien aux patients est un atout.
Maîtrise de la suite « Microsoft Office » et des logiciels connexes.
Déplacements requis (>50%), accompagnés d'un permis de conduire valide.
Un dossier impeccable d'éthique et de conformité à toutes les règles et réglementations de l'industrie.
Langue : Anglais et français (requis pour les postes basés au Québec avec une clientèle qui requiert être desservie en anglais).

Reporting to the Commercial Associate Director - Central nervous system (CNS), the Territory Manager is responsible for achieving the sales and business objectives relative to our CNS product, within his/her geography. These objectives are achieved by effectively partnering with healthcare professionals, key clinics, as well as teaching hospitals to help close the health care gaps and improve patient outcomes & quality of life. The Territory Manager works closely with the cross-functional team to implement the strategies and gather key customer insights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Realize sales and business objectives by conducting a high level of interactions; building durable relationships with customers, while making sure our products & services, as well as their value, are clearly presented.
- Effectively demonstrate ownership for the business on his/her assigned territory by fully understanding the health care environment, assessing, and identifying key customers (Health Care Professionals) and engaging in the right mix of activities in support of assigned product(s) while ensuring a customer-focused approach.
- Think & act strategically to develop territory business plans, execute efficiently, and track performance to ensure attainment of the territory sales results and organizational goals.
- Able to work in both a team environment, as well as individually, is essential.

- In-depth understanding of the Canadian reimbursement system.
- Good business acumen.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Bus Admin., Marketing, Commerce, Science or related field.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience in Specialty medicine, particularly in central nervous system (CNS), is a strong asset.
- Good understanding of Patient Support Programs is an asset.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and related software.
- Travel required (>50%), along with a valid driver’s license.
- A spotless record of ethics and compliance to all industry rules and regulations.
- Language: English & French (required for Quebec based roles with customers who require service in English).
