What YOU Will Do

The job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting thevarious contract administrators within the Major Projects division. He willhave to advise the various stakeholders on any matter related to contractmanagement. More specifically, he will:

Responsibilities:

Review plans and specifications to develop tender documents;

Prepare and monitor tenders; Preparation of the commercial evaluation of tenders; Participate in the successful bidder selection process and finalize the recommendation; Verification of legal and regulatory authorizations of subcontractors before granting; Negotiate, prepare and issue contracts; Coordinate contract monitoring meetings; Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with clauses, laws and regulations; Analyze and evaluate supplier performance in meeting contractual clauses; Ensure the invoicing process according to progress; Coordinate the resolution of contract performance issues and the choice of turnaround solutions and provide direction or recommendations; Verify and approve timelines and documentation as per contract; Request and coordinate the issuance of provisional and final receipts; Enforce the guarantee clauses; Proceed with contract closing.
