Position Overview:

Trexity is a startup with big ambitions and we’re looking for a Sales Representative who has an equally enthusiastic mindset. 

We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with outstanding interpersonal skills to join our team, specializing in selling local delivery services to small and medium-sized companies. This role is suitable for someone with 2-3 years of sales experience who is eager to further develop their skills and grow within a dynamic industry. In this role you will assist in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our delivery services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and advancement in sales.

This role will be located in Winnipeg or Calgary

Role Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Assist in identifying potential clients through research and networking. Participate in cold calling campaigns to generate leads. Support senior sales representatives in lead follow-up and qualification. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Support in building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Learn to understand client needs and recommend appropriate delivery solutions. Assist in providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction. Sales Support and Administration: Aid in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of delivery services. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Assist in analyzing market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands.

Role Requirements:

2-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced technology/software environment Experience with cold calling Excellent relationship, communication, and influence skills The ability to work in a self-directed manner navigating through a fast-paced and ambiguous environment that is steadily evolving High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding the company’s goals A passion for talking to people, curiosity for understanding how we can help businesses and showing them how to create new streams of getting packages to their customers Ability to learn and collaborate with a team remotely Experience working at a startup is a plus Understanding of retail and e-commerce landscape is a plus Experience with Hubspot is an asset
