Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste de la communication interne qui nous rejoindra pour une période de 15 mois afin de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication interne de notre organisation. Sous la responsabilité du directeur du marketing mondial, vous collaborerez avec les principales parties prenantes, notamment en interagissant régulièrement avec la gestion des talents et le bureau du PDG, afin d'impliquer les employés, de renforcer la culture de l'entreprise et de veiller à ce que toutes les communications internes soient claires, cohérentes et conformes aux objectifs et aux valeurs de l'entreprise.


Ce que vous ferez :

Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication interne de l'organisation, y compris les messages clés, les canaux de communication et les tactiques.Créer et fournir un contenu convaincant qui engage les employés et renforce la culture de l'entreprise.Maintenir un calendrier de contenu pour s'assurer que les communications internes sont opportunes et pertinentes.Identifier des moyens innovants de communiquer et d'impliquer une base d'employés diversifiée et mondiale, y compris des stratégies de communication descendante, ascendante et latérale.Développer des réseaux d'engagement des employés et obtenir un retour d'information entre pairs.Veiller à ce que les documents soient traduits le cas échéantContrôler et mesurer l'efficacité des communications internes et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration sur la base du retour d'information.

Compétences et qualifications pour réussir

Diplôme d’études postsecondaires - un baccalauréat ou un diplôme en communications, en marketing ou en journalisme Plus de 3 années d’expérience pertinenteMaîtrise des compétences en communication orale et écrite et capacité à tirer parti des tactiques de communication modernes et innovantesUne attitude collaborative et passionnée à l’égard des personnes, de la stratégie et de la réussite de l’organisationSolides compétences en organisation et en gestion de projet avec la capacité de superviser et de mener plusieurs projets à la foisEsprit d’équipe fort dont la capacité de travailler efficacement avec le personnel à tous les niveauxL’œil du design - capacité à superviser la création de contenu avec des graphiques et des images solidesÊtre très doué pour l’informatique avec la Suite Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) ; outils de conception de base (Canva) ; et outils Web
