- Work with molecular biology experts to develop an understanding of biological or chemical target to be detected, and validate appropriate primers and probes design
- Plan and secure timely acquisition/purchase of experiment supplies and materials from external vendors and suppliers
- Plan statistical parameters of electrochemical to be used to check performance detection methods of the target organism, and validate of the target electrochemical detection method
- Review experiment to optimize the protocol and functionalize electrode in a way that boost performance parameters (such as limit of detection, specificity, reproducibility, single versus multiple use, etc.)
- measure and check performance against already existing assay specifications used as reference comparators measurements
- handle and lead any ah-doc assignment in line with the electrochemical sensor development

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Researchers in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, analytical chemistry or chemistry
