The Business System Administrator role is ensuring the smooth operation of business systems. You will be a subject matter expert responsible for support, administration and implementation of new technologies. You will also ensure to maintain the system and improve the systems. Responsibilities will include maintaining the ERP System (GP Great plains), CRM System (Hubspot), Warehouse System(Kardex, PowerPick, Panatrack and any other major application software we use. You will also communicate, coordinate and collaborate with other teams to understand business needs where you will get the chance to analyze needs, solving problems and creating quality solutions within our IT Infrastructure or future projects.


The successful applicant will:
• Support sales and marketing managers with reporting and analytic tools including but not limited to sales reporting tools, customer analytic reports, forecasting modules and inventory trending reports
• Assist in making a dynamic sales force links strategy and sales operational actions that relies on objectives, plans, budget, and control
• Analyze sales processes, develop and prepare all the master sales budgets and the rolling forecasts for Clarion.
• Maintaining Microsoft Great Plains along with proper documentation
• Maintaining HubSpot System, Gleanquote and Reporting
• Maintaining of Kardex System (PowerPick) and Panatrack to ensure all transactions are flowing to the system as required.
• Maintain Administrator status for corporate business applications such Propel and Jitterbit
• Support of Purolator, ATS and any shipping software.
• Provide support and assistance for SPS and EDI transactions.
• Maintaining the E-Commerce website and implementation of the next upgrade
• Maintaining and Support of Payment System ( KIP)
• Maintaining and Support of API & Webservices for Microsoft GP Integration.
• Document all problems, troubleshooting steps and final resolution in helpdesk ticketing system
• Work with and escalate problems (when required) to the IT Manager
• Participate with Regulatory team on Quality Control Compliance protocol
• Deploy regular updates of software when required and have a proper schedule timeline for release.
• Develop help & tips sheets and other proactive documentation to assist end users
• Onboarding new hires includes training in the business system and key functionalities end users need to be aware of.
• Participate in creating a Knowledge Base for end-user reference.
• Participate & collaborate with vendors on different application support and enhancement.
• Facilitate the transition of end user input to new business system when required
• Work in collaboration with other department to find solution on recurrent problem related to Business System
• Familiarity integrating different systems or add-on to ERP System or CRM System.
• Perform special projects when required
• Backup of IT Helpdesk when required

We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:
• 3-7 years of experience in a Business System Administrator role
• University or College degree in Information Technology or related field
• Must have experience in SQL Server and SQL scripting
• Must have experience about Virtual Server environment
• Must have experience using API, Webservices & Powershell scripting
• Must have experience creating reports
• Knowledge of using SmartConnect
• Knowledge of using CRM System such as HubSpot
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Great Plains
• Knowledge of using PowerBI or willing to learn
• Familiarity with IT ticket tracking tools
• Proactive in learning new technologies and provide new solutions
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak, read and write French an asset
