- User Engagement: Actively engage with users during feedback and validation sessions to gather insights and improve offerings.
- Project Monitoring: Oversee deliverables and ensure timely completion of all projects.
- Status Communication: Document and relay project status updates to relevant parties.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report key performance metrics to inform future product development.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field such as QA/QC.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with JIRA is preferred.
- Experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong aptitude for understanding and simplifying technical concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across various departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
