Always be on the lookout Whether it’s replenishing cleaning supplies, ensuring our customer seating areas are pristine, or deep cleaning the washrooms - your attention to detail will keep our store gleaming. Assist and collaborate with other departments. Cross-training opportunities await Be the advocate for the highest customer service standards, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued. Adhere to our highest standards and procedures, from food safety to sanitation. Attend our store-wide meetings, participate in inventory count days, and be the driving force behind L’OCA Quality Market’s vision and goals.

Skills You’ll Need:

Exceptional interpersonal and team-building prowess. An eye for detail and a hands-on approach. Ability to teach and guide others constructively. Solid understanding of safety policies and regulatory procedures. Good with numbers? Great We appreciate your proficiency in financial performance monitoring. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and related applications. If not, no worries, we believe in learning on the job
