Minimum Qualifications:

Based in Ontario, with active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario 5+ years public procurement experience Procurement support experience including but not limited to direct and indirect procurement, IT procurement, supplier relationship management, supplier onboarding, and contractual dispute resolution Experience negotiating directly with opposing counsel regarding contract terms and conditions
