Account Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the customer and our plant facilities or sales teams
- Monitor and enter incoming sales orders
- Create invoices and other documentation based on sales orders
- Respond to customer requests for various documentation
- Oversee and resolve complex order issues
- Handle various customer service complaints
- Prepare & analyze metrics such as on-time delivery and order/product changes
Qualifications:
Required
- 2 years’ customer service experience in an office environment
- Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel, large databases, and data entry
- A customer service focus and ability to build relationships
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail
- Self-starter; ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Asset
- Degree or diploma in Business
- Understanding of shipments and associated documentation
- Experience in the agricultural industry
- Bilingual in French (written and oral) is considered an asset
