**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Sales & Operations Director in the management of the various stores activities to increase sales and maximize the achievement of the company's objectives;
- Support the stores in your sector in achieving their objectives and ensure the maximization of resources related to operations;
- Ensure the implementation of marketing plans;
- Ensure the hiring, support the training and professional development of talent in stores;
- Analyze the daily/weekly/quarterly performance of the region in terms of sales performance indicators and ensure the implementation of relevant action plans;
- Ensure a sustained field presence and echo the reality to guide business decisions;
- Participate in forecasting and budget analysis alongside the President, the Sales & Operations Director and the finance team;
- Develop professional and strategic relationships with Optometrists in your region;
- Manage, supervise and evaluate the performance of your team;
- Communicate and support the company's values and be an excellent spokesperson.
**Requirements**:
- Be a graduate of a high school and graduate program, an asset;
- Have at least two years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both French and English, an asset;
- Have a great ability to travel anywhere in your region, according to operational needs;
- Have strong leadership and coaching skills;
- Ability to demonstrate discretion, professionalism and discernment;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and dashboards.
