Relevant du directeur des produits résidentiels - Canada, les principales responsabilités sont la planification et l'exécution des objectifs de vente de l'entreprise dans la région géographique prescrite. Description de poste :

Le directeur régional des ventes est responsable de la promotion, de la vente et du soutien de nos produits résidentiels dans les provinces canadiennes proposées. Le directeur régional des ventes jouera un rôle crucial dans la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, en développant des relations avec les parties prenantes clés et en fournissant un leadership stratégique pour la distribution.

Principales tâches/responsabilités :

Rapports directs - Aucun.

Diriger et gérer les représentants indépendants des fabricants, le cas échéant.

  • Recruter et intégrer les entreprises de RM selon les instructions.
  • Élaborer une stratégie de vente territoriale et en mesurer l'efficacité.
  • Maintenir une connaissance pratique des activités, des efforts et des objectifs de MR.
  • Effectuer un examen semestriel avec la direction des ventes.

1. Génération de ventes :

  • Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Effectuer des recherches et des analyses pour identifier les clients potentiels, leurs besoins et les tendances du marché.
  • Construire un solide pipeline de prospects par le biais d'activités proactives de génération de leads, y compris le démarchage téléphonique, le réseautage et la participation à des événements sectoriels.
  • Collaborer avec le directeur des ventes résidentielles pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des tactiques de vente efficaces.
  • Susciter l'enthousiasme des clients, des représentants et des collaborateurs directs.

2. Développement de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires

  • Identifier les opportunités de marché et l'efficacité de la distribution sur le marché.
  • Élaborer une stratégie globale pour développer la distribution et la part de marché.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres directeurs régionaux des ventes pour développer un réseau de distribution.

3. Présentations et démonstrations de solutions :

  • Être charge de la mise en place et de la gestion du réseau de distribution de Fujitsu, ainsi que de la mise en place et de la gestion du réseau de distribution de Fujitsu.
  • Expliquer des concepts techniques à des publics non techniques, en mettant en évidence la proposition de valeur de nos produits.
  • Comprendre les exigences des clients et adapter les démonstrations de produits pour répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques.

4. Établir des relations :

  • Maîtriser les relations avec les principaux acteurs de la distribution, y compris les principes, les ventes et l'approvisionnement.
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les principaux décideurs, influenceurs et parties prenantes de l'industrie du CVC.
  • S'engager avec les clients à tous les stades du cycle de vente, du premier contact à l'assistance après-vente, en veillant à la satisfaction du client et à l'établissement de relations d'affaires à long terme.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris le développement de produits, la gestion de produits, les opérations et l'informatique pour répondre aux besoins des clients et fournir des solutions efficaces.

5. Expertise technique :

  • Développer et maintenir une compréhension de nos produits et canaux HVAC.
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et du paysage concurrentiel.

6. Rapports de vente et prévisions :

  • Être responsable de l'organisation et de la gestion de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise, y compris de l'organisation et de la gestion du personnel.
  • Préparer régulièrement des rapports de vente, des prévisions et des indicateurs de performance afin de suivre les progrès accomplis dans la réalisation des objectifs de vente.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente et la direction pour analyser les données de vente et identifier les domaines à améliorer.

Compétences et aptitudes requises :

  • Connaissance du modèle de distribution nord-américain des produits de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de représentants indépendants.
  • Solides connaissances techniques de l'industrie et des applications HVAC.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation, ainsi que la capacité de transmettre efficacement des informations techniques à des publics non techniques.
  • Capacité avérée à établir et à entretenir des relations avec les clients.
  • Motivation personnelle, proactivité et orientation vers les résultats.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
  • Volonté de voyager selon les besoins.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, requise.

Formation et expérience :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, marketing et gestion, génie mécanique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou expérience équivalente dans l'industrie avec leadership et succès (4 ans d'expérience équivalente dans l'industrie).

The Opportunity:

Fujitsu General America, Inc is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Regional Sales Manager based in Quebec and Maritime Provinces. Reporting to the Director of Residential Products - Canada, the primary responsibilities are planning and executing the company’s sales goals in the prescribed geographic region. The Ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and a great ability to create enthusiastic customers.

Role Description:

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promoting, selling & supporting our residential products in the proposed Canadian provinces. A Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and providing strategic leadership for distribution.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Direct Reports – None.
  • Direct, lead and manage independent Manufacturer Representatives if present.
  • Recruit and onboard MR firms as directed.
  • Develop territory sales strategy and measure effectiveness.
  • Maintain working knowledge of activities, efforts and targets of MR.Conduct Semi-Annual review with Sales Leadership.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential customers, their needs, and market trends.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Residential Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Create enthusiastic customers, reps and direct reports.

2. New Business Development

  • Identify market opportunities and market effectiveness of distribution.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to develop distribution and market share.
  • Work in conjunction with other Regional Sales Managers to develop a distribution network.

3. Solution Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Fujitsu Distribution as well as specific product benefits and applications.
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, highlighting the value proposition of our products.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to address their specific needs.

4. Relationship Building:

  • Own the relationship with distribution’s key participants including principles, sales, and procurement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the HVAC industry.
  • Engage with customers at all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, product management, Operations, and IT to address customer needs and provide effective solutions.

5. Technical Expertise:

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our HVAC product and channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets.Collaborate with the sales team and management to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Acumen of the North American HVAC distribution model.
  • Proven track record in independent representative management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the HVAC industry and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in French and English languages, both written and verbal, required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent industry experience of proven leadership and success (4 years in equivalent industry experience).

Physical Requirements:

  • The physical demands of the job include bending, sitting, lifting, and driving.
  • FGAI sales positions are customer-facing and require extensive travel.
