Your Role

CPC Pumps International Inc. is a part of the Atlas Copco Group, a world-leading industrial group present in more than countries, over the span of approximately years. It is a company that serves customers with innovative compressor, vacuum, power, and industrial technologies. CPC Pumps specializes in designing, manufacturing, testing, and servicing of engineered heavy duty process centrifugal pumps (fully API Compliant) for the CCUS, Green Energy / Circular Economy, H2, LNG, Chem-Petrochem and power-generating industry since .

CPC Pumps is looking for a talented professional to join our team to fill the role of Project Scheduler.

Purpose

The Project Scheduler plans the flow of projects through the entire life cycle of an order and ensures operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and maintenance of SAP network schedulesResolve scheduling conflicts or produce new projected manufacturing schedules; communicate updated schedule to ensure project consistency and optimizationPlan and coordinate test schedules with Project Coordinators and testing areaMonitor major scope changes and evaluate impact on overall plant scheduleWork closely across departments to identify critical path items to ensure on time deliveryFlag scheduling conflicts and work cross departmentally to resolve issues Escalate major issues to appropriate managers to ensure minimal schedule disruptionsMonitor and report on critical project milestones related to production (e.g., bill of materials release and major component release)Attend / facilitate departmental meetings and report on progressProvide data to report on delivery precisionUse SAP and other tools to monitor overall schedules and capacities with the assistance of Project Coordination and Production teamsAssist Applications/Sales departments by providing updates on Engineering/Production current and projected capacities as needed to evaluate lead times for new opportunities

Qualification Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Proven self-starter with strong work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Motivated, proactive, team player with excellent interpersonal skills 

Education and/or Experience

• University/College Degree in a relevant field is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function is required with manufacturing/industrial environment experience is preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of MRP/ERP principles and practices required
• Experience working with SAP environment is an asset

Physical Demands

• Office environment involves sedentary work with repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where problems occur and workload is heavy
