Position

The supervisor leads the team on the floor and supports the management team in their efforts to exceed sales targets. They communicate authentically with stylists to ensure a good understanding of key actions.

Responsibilities

Provide first class customer service and lead by example on the floor

Ensure that all team members correctly represent the brand image and serve customers in a professional manner

Encourage and maintain focus on sales techniques

Provide on the spot coaching and support to stylists and partner with Store Manager for long term goals

Meet sales goals

Provide support and constructive feedback

Support the Store Manager in Team management

Available to open and close the store

Follow up and manage customer requests

Ensure correct in-store delivery process

Manage in-store appointments

Qualifications

Flexible availabilities required (days, evenings and weekends)

Customer service and sales experience

Excellent communication skills

Management experience 1 year or relevant experience in supervision

Demonstrates a creative approach towards customers, management and complex situations

Demonstrates leadership and is a team player

Offers courteous and professional customer service

Ability to adapt and learn quickly

Ability to prioritize emergencies in daily tasks

Dynamism and professionalism

Ability to work alone and within a team

Work conditions

Permanent full-time 

Must be available days, evenings and weekends

Mandat

Le superviseur(e) dirige l’équipe sur le plancher et soutient l’équipe de gestion dans ses efforts visant à amener le personnel à dépasser les objectifs de vente. Il/elle communique de manière authentique avec les stylistes afin d’assurer une bonne compréhension des actions clés.

Les principales responsabilités

Offrir un service de première classe à nos aux clients et donner l’exemple sur le plancher de vente

S'assurer que tous les membres de l'équipe représentent de façon adéquate l'image de marque et servent nos clients de manière professionnelle

Encourager et coacher ses collègues au niveau des techniques de vente

Fournir un encadrement et un soutien aux stylistes et collaborer avec le gérant de boutique pour l’atteinte des objectifs à long terme

Atteindre les objectifs de vente

Fournir de l’accompagnement et des commentaires constructifs 

Soutenir le gérant de boutique dans la gestion de l'équipe

Créer du contenu pour les médias sociaux

Procéder à l’occasion à l’ouverture et à la fermeture de la boutique

Suivre et gérer les demandes des clients

Assurer un processus de livraison adéquat en boutique

Gérer les rendez-vous en boutique

Le profil recherché

Disponibilités flexibles (jours, soirs et fin de semaines)

Expérience en service à la clientèle et en vente

Excellentes compétences en communication

1 an d’expérience en gestion ou expérience pertinente en supervision

Démontre une approche créative envers les clients, la gestion et les situations complexes

Fait preuve de leadership et d'esprit d'équipe

Offre un service à la clientèle courtois et professionnel

Capacité à s'adapter et à apprendre rapidement

Être en mesure de prioriser les urgences dans les tâches quotidiennes
