We are looking for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the development and success of our Oshawa, ON (Glazier) hearing clinic. This full-time contract role covering a ~13 month leave . This opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills open to starting in a contract capacity with potential for extension or consideration for other nearby clinics at the end of the contract. 

What you'll be responsible for:

Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinic Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Mount Forest & surrounding areas' number one choice for hearing care Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billing Ordering supplies Assisting clinicians with hearing product sales Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinic

What we are looking for:

Completion of high school diploma or equivalency; post-secondary education or courses in marketing, business, or healthcare would be an asset, though not required Prior experience in customer service, administration, and retail/b2c sales Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required as some localized travel will be required An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing Experience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong asset Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
