Nous avons le poste qu'il vous faut Vous passerez la majeure partie de votre temps à répondre aux appels prévus et aux appels d'urgence sur le terrain pour réparer l'outillage et résoudre les problèmes de production.

En tant que technicien de service sur la route, vous serez en contact direct avec le client en tant qu’ambassadeur d’Atlas Copco. D'excellentes aptitudes à la communication, la réactivité aux demandes des clients, la maîtrise de l'informatique et la tenue précise des dossiers de service sont des qualités importantes pour ce poste.

Votre principale responsabilité consistera à assurer l'entretien courant, à réparer les pannes, à identifier les défauts et à effectuer des révisions majeures sur les équipements Atlas Copco de nos clients.

Ce poste implique des déplacements sur les sites des clients dans votre région (90%) et à l’extérieur de votre région (10%). Le candidat retenu sera situé dans la région du centre du Québec, la rive sud de Montréal pourrais aussi etre accepté.

Pour réussir, vous devrez:

Avoir un diplôme d'études professionnelles de niveau collégiale, universitaire, technique ou diplôme d'études professionnelle accrédité

La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit) est requise

Avoir de l’expérience en vente et en promotion/démonstration de produits;

Démontrer de la souplesse de réaction aux demandes de production des clients, ce qui implique de travailler en dehors des heures normales de travail;

Être autonome et prendre en charge la satisfaction des besoins du client;

Avoir une bonne connaissance des conditions de travail dans les usines de fabrication, de production ou d'assemblage est souhaitable;

Avoir une expérience de l'entretien des outils de fixation Atlas Copco, de la théorie du couple et des connaissances en matière de fixation est fortement souhaitable;

Avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience avec des outils pneumatiques et à courant continu dans un environnement de production ou une expérience équivalente;

Avoir une expérience des étalonnages et de l'outillage d'assemblage est souhaitable;

Avoir une expérience en informatique avec des réseaux ou des bases de données et souhaitable mais pas obligatoire;

Avoir une expérience en dépannage et d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle;

Être compétent dans la suite Microsoft Office;

Être capable de soulever et de porter jusqu'à 40 livres de matériel; et

Avoir un permis de conduire valide.

Salaire du rôle:

Entre 28,00 $ et 33,00 $ de l'heure

Your role:

Do you enjoy solving technical problems and explaining them to customers? Are you a self-starter who enjoys the independence of working autonomously in a variety of workplaces? We have the right job for you You will spend most of your time responding to scheduled and emergency field calls to repair tooling and resolve production issues. You will report directly to the Field Service Manager.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be in direct contact with the customer as an ambassador for Atlas Copco. Responsiveness to customer demands, and accurate service record keeping are important attributes for this position.

Your main responsibility will be to perform routine service, fix breakdowns, identify faults, and perform major overhauls on our customer's Atlas Copco equipment.

Your role will involve travel to customer sites within your region (90%) and travel outside your region (10%). You will be located in the Eastern or Central Quebec.

To succeed, you will need:

Have a college, university, technical or accredited vocational diploma

French and English (Verbal and Written) is required

Sales and product promotion/demonstration experience

Flexible responsiveness to customer production demands which involves working outside normal working hours

Take ownership of meeting the customer's needs

Familiarity with manufacturing/production or assembly plant working conditions is desirable

Experience servicing Atlas Copco fastening tools, torque theory, and fastening knowledge are an asset

Minimum of 2 years' experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environment or equivalent experience

Experience in calibrations and assembly tooling

IT experience with networking or databases

Troubleshooting experience

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Valid driver's license

Salary of role:

$28.00 to $33.00 hourly
