The Position :

We are seeking a Quality Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a part of our Quality department, you will be responsible for validating automation system solutions, including automation concepts, as well as functional and critical requirements. The incumbent will complete testing to ensure machine processes meet customer's technical requirements

What You’ll Be Doing :

Ensure functional and critical requirements are met and mitigate high-risk system elements. Create and test verification criteria to ensure equipment meets customer requirements.  Develop buyoff criteria, conduct supplier audits, and maintain quality inspection programs.  Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and quality management.  Provide technical support and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards. 

What We’re Looking For :

An educational background in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or a related discipline.  Prior experience in machine design, automation, motion controls, robotics or vision systems.  Proficiency with measurement instruments and interpretation of mechanical prints and GD&T. A strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of automation concepts and statistical analysis.
