Quality Technician

**Overview**
Duties
- a. Adhere to all H&S, environmental laws and procedures._
- b. First off inspection, receiving inspection, in process inspection & Final inspection._
- c. Utilize manual gauging and operate CMM as needed._
- d. Inspect incoming material per receiving inspection requirements._
- e. Take pictures of final product and upload inspection reports on to ERP system. _
- f. Manage NCR processes for nonconforming material, identification, and inspection processes._
- g. Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformities and contribute to corrective action plans._
- h. All other assignments necessary to support internal and external customers._
- i. Calibrate tools per ISO schedule and update ERP records. _
- j. Use technical skills and knowledge to identify cause of problem._
- k. Perform NDT related responsibilities on projects_
- l. Second level checking of engineering drawings. _
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary NDE/Quality Technologist diploma or related education.
- A NDT background with a Level 1 or Level 2 MPI or UT certification.
- Proficient in English language verbal and written
- Authorized to work in Canada
Training/Experience
- 2 to 5 years industry experience required
- Demonstrated Knowledge of gauge calibration experience
- Experience of CMM operation or PCCM arm
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Maintain ISO records on the ERP system.
