Du bringst deine Erfahrungen im Bereich Asset Administration Shell / Verwaltungsschale in der Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung bei unseren Kunden aktiv mit ein und konzipierst Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kunden, die du als Teil des Teams erfolgreich miteinführst.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Du entwickelst und konzipierst für Kunden Lösungen auf Basis von Asset Administration Shells (Verwaltungsschalen) und führst diese erfolgreich ein.

Mit diesen Lösungen im Bereich des Modells vom Digitalen Zwilling gestaltest Du die Digitalisierung und Produktmodelle bei unserem Kunden in einem verteilten, föderativen Datenökosystem mit.

Du bist beteiligt bei der Definition von Sub-Modellen und der Gestaltung von z.B. Digitalen Produktpässen die Basis für den Austausch von Informationen zur Nachhaltigkeit, der Kreislaufwirtschaft, von Konfliktmaterialien, als Nachweis für die RoHS-Richtlinie oder die REACH-Verordnung verwendet werden (Digital Product Passport).
•Konzipierung und Entwicklung von AAS Lösungen
•Unterstützung bei Planung, Umsetzung, Auswertung von PoC oder Pilotprojekten
•Mitwirkung beim Erstellen von Data Pipelines. Du integrierst Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen, wie z.B. Fahrzeugdaten, Werksdaten, Anlagen- oder Maschinendaten, relevante Garantiedaten, Fahrzeugfahrdaten, Kundendaten, digitale Services und stellst diese im geeigneten AAS-Datenmodelformat bereit
•Aufbau von Dateninfrastruktur zur Bereitstellung von Daten. Auf Basis von integrierten Daten erstellst du AAS-Datenprodukte und Datenmodelle
•Data Scouting: du findest relevante Daten für die Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und berücksichtigst diese in den AAS-Datenmodellen
•Organisatorische Aufgaben: Abstimmung mit Data Source Owner, Requirements Engineer, Austausch mit verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen zur Unterstützung und Erhaltung der richtigen Daten für die Use Cases

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Abgeschlossenen technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
•Erfahrungen mit den Grundlagen von Digitalen Zwillingen, Asset Administration Shells und Verwaltungsschalen
•Hohe Affinität und ganzheitliches Verständnis von IIoT und digitalen Lösungen,
sowie praktische Erfahrung in OPC UA / MQTT / JSON und in diesen Technologien kennst du dich bestens aus
•Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
•Freude an der Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung bei unserem Kunden
•Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
