Responsibilities: 
  • Experience in Food Manufacturing Industry is MUST.
  • Work with Sales Operations Manager to meet any customer requests/sales administrative duties including but not limited to customer account setup, providing order status updates, and dealing with all incoming emails and calls.
  • Create invoices and deal with customer credits (collaborate with finance Dept.).
  • Attend weekly meetings with other departments.
  • Request samples with Quality Assurance and ensure couriers or company transport is organized, based on customer requests.
  • Liaison with Supply Chain. 
  • Assist Marketing and Sales in implementing and monitoring approved programs.
  • Maintain customer database, binder updates (pricing), folder updates for new account maintenance. 
  • Support existing and new customer contracts, tenders, listing forms (completing documents). 
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, related to the delivery of goods.

Main requirements for this position: 
  • University or college degree, preferably majoring in Sales and Marketing.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as sales and marketing assistant or related roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Must possess good customer service, communication, and teamwork.
  • Must have good organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
