6ixElement Entertainment Group is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Casting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the casting process from start to finish, including outreach to brands, managing casting calls, and ensuring our talents are perfectly matched with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.

We are looking for someone who wants to excel in the fashion and entertainment industry and is looking for a place to grow, foster connections and create an illustrious career in this field.

Requirements

  • Experience in casting, talent management, or a similar role within the modeling or entertainment industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.
  • A deep understanding of the modeling industry and an eye for identifying talent that matches specific project needs.
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management, as well as familiarity with industry-specific platforms.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong team spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • No stranger to cold calling, with strong willpower and dedication
