As a Sales Coordinator at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you would be responsible for following up on sales leads and inquiring, coordinating the planning of amenity arrangements, confirming reservations and upgrades.

Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $26.50

In this role, you will:

Handle correspondence such as proposals, contracts, form letters, and internal forms, using a typewriter or computer as needed.

Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, filtering, and sorting information.

Process all mass and special mailings.

Maintain all sales files according to established procedures and standards.

Stay informed about daily hotel activities and specific promotions, and be ready to assist in special projects assigned to the Sales & Marketing Department.

Greet sales clients and provide tours if necessary.

Handle contracts and inquiries for both tentative and definite groups.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Previous secretarial, hotel and/or related experience required.

Knowledge of Sales and/or Catering functions preferred.

Working knowledge of Windows and Office Applications, Delphi, Opera Database Systems is preferred.

Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).

Strong commitment to service.
