Le(la) coordonnateur(trice) bilingue PAC relèvera du gestionnaire principal des communications, fournissant un soutien à l'équipe de communications et affaires publiques (PAC) de Coke Canada.

Responsabilités

Veiller à ce que les projets soient exécutés dans les délais prévus grâce à l'élaboration et à la gestion rigoureuses du plan de travail, y compris la coordination des activités de PAC, des équipes interfonctionnelles et de celles de notre agence de communication Exécution et publication de contenus sur les canaux et plateformes de communication internes et externes de l'entreprise - en anglais et en français Gestion des médias sociaux et des canaux internes - Surveillance, suivi, affichage (par l'intermédiaire des outils de suivi et de surveillance d'Org's corporate LinkedIn, Viva Engage (Yammer), et surveillance des boîtes de courriel d'entreprise gérées par PAC) Mises à jour de maSource - Intranet de Coke Canada, www.cokecanada.com au besoin - en anglais et en français  Statistiques et analyses internes et externes - Superviser les publications sur les canaux internes et externes, la gestion de la communauté ; compiler et présenter des statistiques pertinentes pour soutenir les plans et le calendrier de contenu Surveillance générale des médias, suivi et distribution Calendrier de l'équipe PAC - Superviser le développement, l'entretien et l'adhésion de l'équipe à un calendrier d'activités annuel  Réunion bimensuelle des hauts dirigeants, assemblées générales et réunion annuelle des hauts dirigeants (réunion des dirigeants de Tanbridge) et coordination du soutien au directeur de la communication et de la transformation

Compétences

Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit et à l'oral Baccalauréat ou diplôme collégial, avec une spécialisation en communications Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, PowerPoint et Excel  Maîtrise des outils Microsoft (y compris Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage (anciennement Yammer), Stream)  Expérience de l'utilisation d'outils de messagerie basés sur le marketing (par exemple MailChimp) et de systèmes de contenu vidéo en ligne (par exemple Vimeo, YouTube, système de signalisation numérique) Expérience professionnelle avérée dans la maintenance et la mise à jour d'applications internet et intranet (la connaissance du langage HTML de base est un atout) Capacité à gérer son temps de manière rigoureuse tout en gérant des priorités multiples émanant de différents membres de l'équipe PAC Capable de communiquer avec les employés à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
