Oversee, delegate, and ensure the accomplishment of tasks by team members. Address customer inquiries promptly and resourcefully. Champion team member training, upholding highest standards. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized store. Ensure team members are rested with scheduled breaks. Uphold and drive the standards of retail and customer service. Assure adherence to all food safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualities You'll Bring:

Deep understanding of Store Support procedures and policies. Keen product knowledge and an appetite for continuous learning. Stellar interpersonal, motivational, and team-building expertise. Aptitude for teaching and nurturing growth. Mastery in regulatory, safety policies, and procedures. Solid mathematical skills for financial oversight and inventory management. Impressive decision-making, leadership, and delegation capabilities. Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and various operations-related applications.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum of 12 months in the retail space.
