This is a remote position.

INNOOVA is a dynamic and innovative company actively seeking an experienced Technical UKG Resource to join our team and play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

 

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for providing specialized technical support in Del Boomi integration and will be UKG certified.

 

Qualifications:

•        Strong technical skills in integration development, including design, development, testing, and maintenance using the Del Boomi platform;

•        Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions;

•        Ensure the quality and reliability of integration by conducting rigorous testing and following best development practices;

•        Maintain a deep understanding of the features, language, and capabilities of the UKG platform to provide effective support to projects;

•        Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions and issues related to Del Boomi integration;

•        Provide higher-level technical support to resolve complex issues and ensure the smooth operation of integration;

•        Fully document technical specifications, integration flows, and configurations to facilitate system maintenance and understanding;

•        Provide technical training to team members and end-users on Del Boomi integration and best development practices;

•        Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

 

Education and Certifications:

·         UKG Certified – Del Boomi;

·         Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
