Essential Duties/Responsibilities

:
Operations: Develop and execute the website strategy to drive user engagement, supporting marketing campaigns, digital sales and existing customer interactions with our brand Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance For operational enhancements/improvements; identify, solution, and ensure digital best practices are employed and implemented Adhere to brand guidelines that are in place to grow the Direct Energy brand and ensure consistent visual experience across digital properties Remain current on the latest technology, interactive tools, industry trends, content management, usability and design methodologies Conduct AB testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates for various user tasks Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the website functions smoothly and efficiently Optimize UX/UI design to enhance user experience and drive engagement Implement accessibility standards to ensure the website is inclusive and user-friendly for all individuals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website goals with overall business objectives Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in website management, proactively bringing forward ideas for testing and implementation Proactively employ tactics to test and implement bug fixes, drive enhancements based on data As required, partner closely with IT, product owners, designers and others within digital teams to ensure consistent and effective user centric journeys across digital platforms Develop strong relationships across corporate teams to collaboratively build scalable solutions that can be easily applied across regions Evaluate and implement various web tools to drive better performance of digital properties Perform other dutiess as assigned

Working Conditions:

Remote or hybrid available Open office environment Some overtime required as special projects arise

Minimum Qualifications:

Post Secondary Degree or equivalent, and minimum of 7-10 years of experience in website management Proficiency with enterprise content management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Adobe Target, Launch, SEMRush, Contentsquare 5-7 years experience with Adobe Experience Manager Proven experience in updating website content, conducting AB testing, ensuring quality assurance, optimizing UX/UI design, and implementing accessibility standards Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI Microsoft Office Suite
