Position: Bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Shift: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries with a proactive and compassionate approach.
Communicate effectively with retail store partners, ensuring accurate inventory levels and promotion communication.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately with attention to detail.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Actively seek growth opportunities and maintain relationships with customers and retail partners.
Qualifications
3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience.
Fluency in French is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
An organized and detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
