Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

- Base salary of 45-55k plus commissions (average 5-10k in first 6 months)

Responsibilities
- work off of a book of business to generate and advance sales to existing customers
- support customers with warranty claims, replacement claims etc
- troubleshooting
- managing a portfolio of approx. 5000 shared clients
- keep up-to-date records of customer information
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- post-secondary education is required
- go getter attitude
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience
- customer service experience is an asset
- exceptional verbal/written communication
