English/French Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

We are currently looking for someone Bilingual (English and French) to join a great company in Mississauga to support their client base and sales team as a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative In this Bilingual position you'll be working out of this Mississauga branch off the 401 by Hurontario. You must be highly motivated, organized and have great time management skills. You don't need industry experience, but if you're comfortable working in a more blue-collared environment, that would certainly be an asset

Responsibilities
- work off of a book of business to generate and advance sales to existing customers
- support customers with warranty claims, replacement claims etc
- troubleshooting
- managing a portfolio of approx. 5000 shared clients
- keep up-to-date records of customer information
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- post-secondary education is required
- go getter attitude
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience
- customer service experience is an asset
- exceptional verbal/written communication in both English and French
