Forge Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced LAA/Paralegal to join a reputable Law firm in Montreal.

Your Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage both digital and physical files.
  • Prepare and review various documents, including correspondence, legal paperwork, applications, affidavits, and funding applications.
  • Maintain lawyers' schedules, track time and billing, and manage important deadlines.
  • Schedule and manage dates for examinations, hearings, and trials.
  • Support the preparation process for examinations, hearings, and trials.
  • Assist in the production and exchange of documents.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years' experience as a paralegal
  • Paralegal certificate is a strong asset
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication in English and French
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of civil procedure rules.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
