Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of day-to-day, full cycle recruitment operations – from creating and posting openings, to interviewing and shortlisting candidates, partnering with hiring managers and recruiting agencies, presenting offers and onboarding new hires; ensure the company’s hiring needs and goals are met.Develop, implement, evaluate and improve company’s HR policies, programs and procedures; ensure they are consistently aligned with all applicable requirements and laws.Provide timely support and guidance to managers on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions; participate in various HR initiatives and projects such as health and safety, employee engagement events, salary and market research, etc.Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.Qualifications
Possess strong passion, solid knowledge and practical experience in handling high-volume recruitment for a wide variety of positionsPossess 3+ years of relevant experience is an assetAn undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources from an accredited post-secondary institutionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with technology and Microsoft Office suiteA self-starter and a naturally customer-centric team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a “yes, can do” attitude with good interpersonal and problem solving skillsDemonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our team membersCompensation: starting from $58,000, depending on experience plus discretionary bonus
