What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for delivering legendary service to all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:
Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence Assisting and helping co-ordinate the sale of Agricultural products, ensuring that it is done in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner while providing a consistently high level of customer service. Work co-operatively with team members and team leaders throughout the whole storeWho you are:
If you are interested in crops and animals as well as passionate about customer service and you have the following qualifications:
Experience in a retail sales environment in the areas of customer service, Agricultural products, point of sale operation and merchandising is considered an asset An understanding of feed and farm is considered an asset Must be able to lift 50lbs as required Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands A commitment to quality and an eye for detail You are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and serviceWorking at Four Rivers Co-operative has its PERKS We offer a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees that includes medical, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability benefits.
